Need for Speed Rivals trailer PS4

While Sony s own Drive Club got delayed beyond the launch of their new console (and thus the next generation), the PlayStation 4, that doesn t mean gamers are left without a racing game. EA s Need for Speed Rivals brings the franchise into a new generation, with the crisp graphics and presentation you d expect and lessons clearly learned from other racing franchises. As seen in the launch trailer, and expected for the Need for Speed franchise, the game has you racing fast cars or chasing fast cars, depending on which side of the law you feel like playing. The experience is seamless…

Need For Speed Underground [PSP]

The Need for Speed series and I go way back, to the PS1 days. In that time, I ve raced hover cars through a future Las Vegas, passed untold hours with tons of unaffordable cars on wildly varied tracks, and I ve battled with the highway patrol. I m a fan of the spin-off Underground series, although I don t think it s perfect. Other games have done certain things better, whether it s the visceral punch of Burnout, or the more satisfying driving model in PGR2 . But the NFSU games have a nice customization factor, and Underground expands on that while throwing in some guilty pleasure…

Need for Speed Most Wanted PSP game

EA s Need for Speed series was on hand earlier this year for the PSP s launch with Need for Speed Underground Rivals. That game, along with other subsequent racers, like Ridge Racer, Burnout Legends, and Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, have all helped set a benchmark for how driving games on the platform should be. So it is with some disappointment that we find ourselves with Need for Speed Most Wanted 5-1-0, a fairly meek street racer that only does a marginal job of bringing the new concepts found in the latest Need for Speed game on consoles to the PSP. It s not all bad, mind…

Need for Speed Run Cheats PS3

System: PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Wii, 3DS Dev: Black Box Pub: Electronic Arts Screen Resolution: 480p-1080p The Need Is Strong With This One by Matt Walker I have to admit that I m not what you d call a car game connoisseur. I do like fast cars, but I don t get into all of the engine horsepower, calibers, or any of that other gearhead mumbo-jumbo. While I do love simulation racers, I find myself more inclined to want the raw speed and action of an arcade-style racing game. Sure, the sims are all about authenticity, but if you can feel like you re driving 150+ miles an hour in a game…

Need for Speed gameplay PS4

The mean streets of Ventura Bay are alive with the sounds of revving engines and police sirens. Need for Speed is back in the best way possible by sticking to what it does well. Racing game fans have been spoiled with all ready amazing looking games like Forza Horizon and Driveclub . Some skeptics voiced concerns about how the Need for Speed E3 trailer couldn’t have possibly been in-game. I’m happy to report that the E3 demo was no joke. The transitions from FMV video to actual gameplay was entirely seamless on the PS4. What was even more impressive was the weather and lighting…
