After decades of implementing business software solutions, CGA Enterprise Solutions Ltd has evolved and has now become Prospettiva Ltd with a new streamlined portfolio which includes a series of cloud and hosting solutions aimed at start-up businesses with a limited budget and established businesses looking to cut IT costs.
Managing Director and CEO, Tony Marturano and Technical Director, Tristan Hore, revealed the new brand on Saturday 30th June at an exclusive black tie gala attended by over 50 guests made up of family, friends and customers, some of whom have been CGA customers for nearly 20 years.
During a spectacular presentation featuring Hollywood trailer style imagery and music, Mr Marturano stated, “Our strategy is not to simply chase down new business but to look closer to home, by that I mean taking care of our existing customers.” He then went on to cite Prospettiva’s core values; Professionalism; at all times, proficiency; being at the forefront of technological changes, proactivity; with proactive maintenance health checks as standard across all new comprehensive maintenance plans, and a focus on achieving 100% referenceability from its customers.
During his speech, Mr Marturano also paid tribute to former Managing Director, Paul Martin, and Technical Director, Andrew Brooker, saying that each in their own way had been an inspiration to him over the past 17 years.
Mr Martin stepped down as Managing Director of CGA Enterprise Solutions 6 months ago as part of a planned succession strategy initiated by him back in 2011. Mr Martin, who attended Saturday night’s gala along with the former Technical Director, said “It’s fitting that CGA Enterprise Solutions should cease to exist just days before I assume my new role at SAP UK. I’m comforted by the fact that, with Tony, whom I consider to be a good friend, I’m leaving the business in capable hands. And I’m glad that, by working at SAP, I’ll be able to keep in regular contact with Tony and the team. “
Prospettiva is a cloud enabled /paperless company and has been for the past 6 months. “When we recommend a product, where possible, we want it to be because we’ve already tried and tested it,” said Mr Marturano.
With the launch of Prospettiva, it was necessary to change some contact details. Links have been published below and all business partners are asked to please update their records, effective immediately as trading under the new brand name commenced on the 1st July 2012.

JUST 3 WEEKS TO GO TO CGA’S EVOLUTION!
Posted: June 10, 2012 Filed under: General Articles, News | Tags: SAP Business One, cga, business software, managing director, CGA Enterprise Solutions, Tony Marturano, Chief executive officer, Paul Martin, name change, Business partner, Black tie, Cambridgeshire, Very Important Person, Tristan Hore, CGA Enterprise Solution Leave a comment »CGA Enterprise Solutions is evolving in just 3 weeks!
After nearly 3 decades of implementing and maintaining business software solutions for hundreds of customers, CGA Enterprise Solutions is evolving with a new look and brand name.
This momentous occasion will be celebrated at a special black tie gala scheduled to take place on the 30th June 2012 at which new Managing Director, Tony Marturano, and Technical Director, Tristan Hore, will be joined by family, friends and a selection VIPs to unveil the new brand.
The evening will feature entertainment, some surprises and, of course, a special presentation by the new owners who acquired the company in January 2012 as part of a planned succession agreement with former Managing Director, Paul Martin.
“I’ve worked for CGA Enterprise Solutions for nearly two decades and the simple fact that I’ve been here this long is testament to what a great company it is. However, much has changed over the years, like many companies, we’ve evolved. At the heart of what we do is to consult and understand our customer’s business so we can better advise and recommend solutions to streamline operations, reduce overheads and, most importantly, give them a comprehensive view over their organisation, enabling them to offer a better service to their customers and ultimately stay ahead of their competitors. Well, guess what, we’re a business too and I don’t think there’s ever been a better time to turn the spotlight on ourselves. This rebrand not only reflects our introspection but also our evolution as a leading business, and now, cloud solutions specialists. Many companies are still navigating those proverbial choppy economic waters, but we’re in this together, and I’m really proud of the fact and honoured that, as a company, we’re able to help our customers make a difference to their business. Our new brand will reflect this,” said Managing Director, Tony Marturano.
CGA Enterprise Solutions will trade under its new brand name from the 1st July 2012. It’s new portfolio will include a range of cloud solutions that will enable start-up businesses to implement a fully comprehensive IT infrastructure at just the fraction of the cost of current on premise solutions whilst enabling establishing businesses to shave thousands off their annual IT costs.
