Xbox One console Packages

However, although the console hit shelves with a limited selection of titles and higher price tag than that of Sony’s PlayStation 4, it’s come a long way since its initial debut. Console exclusives such as Sunset Overdrive and Halo:The Master Chief Collection now provide both casual and die-hard gamers with an experience they can’t find anywhere else, while remastered editions of big-budget blockbusters like Grand Theft Auto further bolster the console’s appeal with vivid…

Now, nearly 18 months after its debut, the system is just starting to showcase its true potential as the preeminent entertainment solution in households across the globe. New PS4 console

I learned my lesson with the last generation of console hardware in terms of choosing when to buy. I’ve gone through three Xbox 360 models, and two PS3 models. Each one has been better than the last in some way, with the exception being the original PS3 which included backwards compatibility (and it’s why I still own it alongside a Super Slim). So with the launch of the PS4 I decided to wait for a hardware revision, and now I am very glad I did. As we reported last month, Sony rolled out two new versions of the PS4 console. The first was a 1TB Ultimate Player Edition in the…

Xbox One console review

We take a look at the Xbox One a year on Talk about a turnaround: last year the Xbox One was widely portrayed as the loser of the latest console war. Seemingly designed more around Microsoft’s strategic objectives than, say, building the best machine for playing games, it was underpowered, overpriced and saddled with an expensive peripheral – Kinect 2.0 – that nobody seemed to want. For all its advanced features and functions, most reviewers agreed that it wasn’t as strong a package as Sony’s PS4. Judging by the sales – with roughly 14 million PS4s sold to the Xbox One’s 10…
